• Ingredients (4 servings)
    • 450 g lean beef (flank or sirloin), thinly sliced
    • 300 g broccoli florets
    • 120 ml low-sodium soy sauce
    • 120 ml beef broth
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 5 g fresh ginger, minced
    • 16 g cornstarch (optional for thickening)
    • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Instructions
    1. In a pan brown the sliced beef with garlic and ginger (1–2 minutes).
    2. Add soy sauce and beef broth to the Pressure Cooker. Seal and cook on High Pressure for 10 minutes; quick-release.
    3. For a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with a little water, stir into the pot, and switch to Sauté. Add broccoli and cook 2–3 minutes until crisp-tender.
