- Ingredients (4 servings)
- 450 g lean beef (flank or sirloin), thinly sliced
- 300 g broccoli florets
- 120 ml low-sodium soy sauce
- 120 ml beef broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 5 g fresh ginger, minced
- 16 g cornstarch (optional for thickening)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Instructions
- In a pan brown the sliced beef with garlic and ginger (1–2 minutes).
- Add soy sauce and beef broth to the Pressure Cooker. Seal and cook on High Pressure for 10 minutes; quick-release.
- For a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with a little water, stir into the pot, and switch to Sauté. Add broccoli and cook 2–3 minutes until crisp-tender.
