• Ingredients (4 servings)
    • 550g lean ground turkey/chocken (93% lean)
    • 1 can black beans, drained & rinsed
    • 1 can diced tomatoes (with juices)
    • 1 cup chopped onion
    • 1 Tbsp chili powder (or to taste)
    • 1 cup chicken broth
    • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Instructions
    1. First Sauté in a pan to brown ground turkey with onion; drain any excess fat if needed.
    2. Add beans, tomatoes, chili powder, and broth to the Pressure Coker. Stir well.
    3. Seal and cook on High Pressure for 10 minutes; quick-release.
