- Ingredients (4 servings)
- 550g lean ground turkey/chocken (93% lean)
- 1 can black beans, drained & rinsed
- 1 can diced tomatoes (with juices)
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp chili powder (or to taste)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Instructions
- First Sauté in a pan to brown ground turkey with onion; drain any excess fat if needed.
- Add beans, tomatoes, chili powder, and broth to the Pressure Coker. Stir well.
- Seal and cook on High Pressure for 10 minutes; quick-release.
