    • 450 g chicken sausage, sliced
    • 200 g dried lentils, rinsed
    • 400 g diced tomatoes
    • ~950 ml chicken broth (about 4 cups)
    • 128 g chopped carrots
    • 160 g chopped onion
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Instructions
    1. Optionally, use Sauté mode to lightly brown the sliced chicken sausage.
    2. Add lentils, diced tomatoes, broth, carrots, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.
    3. Seal and cook on High Pressure for 15 minutes; quick-release.
