- ~560 g salmon fillets (4 pieces, ~140 g each)
- 240 ml fish or vegetable broth
- 300 g chopped mixed veggies (zucchini, bell peppers, etc.)
- 15 ml olive oil
- Salt, pepper, and optional herbs (dill, thyme)
- Instructions
- Season salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Pour broth into the pressure cooker. Position the trivet inside.
- Place salmon fillets and veggies on top of the trivet. Drizzle olive oil over veggies.
- Seal and cook on High Pressure for 4 minutes; quick-release.
