Ingredients (4 servings)
- 700g boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp taco seasoning (or your favorite spice blend)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and taco seasoning.
- Place in your pressure cooker and pour in the chicken broth.
- Seal and cook on High Pressure for 8 minutes; let pressure release naturally for 5 minutes, then quick-release.
- Shred chicken with two forks. Serve in tortillas or over lettuce with your favorite toppings.
