    • ~300 g canned tuna in water (drained)
    • 300 g potatoes, diced
    • 480 ml vegetable broth
    • 400 g diced tomatoes
    • 160 g onion, chopped
    • Salt, pepper, thyme to taste
  • Instructions
    1. Add diced potatoes, onion, diced tomatoes, and broth to the pressure cooker.
    2. Seal and cook on High Pressure for 5 minutes; quick-release.
    3. Stir in drained tuna. Use Sauté mode for 1–2 minutes to warm through.
